In the strong Suquamish traditions of trail making, the Suquamish Heritage Trail will link downtown Suquamish and its neighborhoods with the Community House, Museum and Arts Center, Suquamish Dock, Education Campus and Ball Field, Chief Seattle's Grave, Old Man House Park, Elders Housing, the Tribal Center and the Clearwater Resort. The Trail System will feature native landscaping and kiosks sharing Suquamish history and cultural heritage. The trails will be multi-use (walking, bicycling, jogging, etc.) to promote community fitness and physical well being.
